Pre-sorting table with platforms

Fruit enter the quality pre-sorting table on rollers and move rotating towards the exit, enabling employees of sorting sector to check the quality and properness by allowing or not, to continue their way to the packaging line. Unsuitable products are removed by workers through hopper adjoining the roller transporter. After that they continue at the bottom of the machine, on a conveyor belt that leads them to their concentration point. On right and left of the table are specially designed platforms with protective railings. In case the removal hoppers are not available, the fruits are placed directly into plastic crates. Depending on the fruits, the quality pre-sorting table is equipped with aluminium rollers or foam coated rollers.
