At the beginning of the line there is a feeding tank, which has an elevator from Intralox type belt and gets the cherries out of the water and leads them to the next unit, which is the cluster cutter.

The cluster cutter is placed on a raised platform and consists of cutting disks that are properly distributed, so the cherry clusters are separated one by one.

After the cherries be separated, with the help of water they are leaded to the mechanical sorter. In there, at first the very small cherries are out and fall on an Intralox type conveyor and the rest of them are sorted by their size. The output of the cherries from the sorter is done completely inside water and so, cherries does not get harm, resulting the increase of its lifetime.

Cherries now, after they have been sorted by size, are leaded through a pipe network, to the packaging conveyor belts, where will be sorted by quality and the trashy cherries will be taken away by the workers.

Every double packaging belt has in the middle one belt for taking away the trashy cherries. After that, there is a central belt for taking away the trashy cherries and leads them to a special point where they are collected inside plastic crates. The packaging belt on which the cherries to be sorted are moving, consists of two levels so cherries turn upside down and make better quality sorting by the workers. 

At the end of every packaging belt there is an automatic filling machine with an electronic scale. After the crate which is placed on the scale reaches the determined weight, then the conveyor belt of the filling machine stops, so the worker can easily replace the crate. With this way quick and accurate packaging is achieved.
