Vertical immersion of palette

The machine for vertical immersion of fruits is made of stainless steel. The object of the vertical pallet dipping machine is to dip the fruit in a special fungicide to destroy the pests that cause the fruit to be destroyed. The machine carries a pallet loading platform which is immersed in the tank where the fungicidal liquid is located.
The process of immersion is as follows:
The machine has a tank the size of a full pallet, filled with water in which we have dissolved a chemical solution, suitable for fruit disinfection. Above the tank there is a loading platform on which the pallet is to be immersed in the tank with the fungicidal fluid. A forklift lays the pallet on the loading platform above the tank. Then, just above the pallet, descends a lid coated with soft material which closes the pallet from above and begins the drafting process. This lid covers the surface of the upper crates so that the fruit cannot be dispersed due to the buoyancy effect.
The pallet stays in the water all the time we pre-set. Eventually she emerges and is picked up by a forklift truck.
