The machine of horizontal pallet immersion is used for spraying a fungicide for the destruction of the pests that can harm the fruit.
The machine of horizonta pallet immersion consists of a metallic construction close tunnel.
Apples are coming inside plastic crates and been put on pallets. Then, a forklift truck takes the pallet and puts it on the chain conveyor, which moves along the machine., The pallet comes inside the tunnel, where it gets sprayed by a special solution which is solved with water. After that, the pallet comes out of the tunnel, where a forklift takes it out of the machine.
The fungicide liquid is collected at the bottom of the machine, where there is a liquid collecting bowl. The transportation of the crates is done by a stainless steel chain conveyor.
