The fruit drying unit is placed after the waxing unit. The drying of the fruits is necessary after their waxing so the wax will remain uniform over the fruit. The fruit drying unit consists of rollers which are moved aloing the machine transporting the fruits. On the top of the unit there is an air heater with petroleum burner which is suitable for the production of warm air and it is adjusted on an independent base.
