The fruit waxing unit is placed after the washing and drying of the citrus on the citrus processing, sorting and packaging. The fruits are going inside the unit and in there they are sprinkled with wax. Suitable brushes of natural horse hair facilitates the procedure by spreading the wax evenly to the whole surface of the fruit. The quantity of the wax is adjusted by a dose pressure pump.
